About Kerry Biofuels
Established in 2004, Kerry Biofuels promotes the use of renewable energies such as wood pellet and solar as alternatives to traditional fossil fuel based technologies.
Kerry Biofuels’ core business is in the #woodpellet and #thermodynamic #solar sectors.
We supply, install and service the complete range of :
#Extraflame wood pellet stoves, back boilers and boilers,
La Nordica wood stoves, cookers & ranges and
Energie #Thermodynamic solar systems.
To complete the ensemble we stock a large selection of ‘Save’ black enamel and ‘Tubest’ stainless steel chimney flues.
If you have a problem with your chimney, we’ll probably have a chimney cowl to solve that as well.
If it’s fuel you’re after, we sell a large variety of Irish manufactured softwood & hardwood ecologs, Irish grown hardwood logs, Kerry kiln dried kindling and of course Irish wood pellets from Co Laois.
Our #woodpellets are available in 10kg, 15kg & 20kg bags, 30kg plastic boxes (local customers only) and 1200kg bulk bags.
Kerry Biofuels are open 6 days a week. We have a large showroom with over 40 #woodpellet & #wood stoves on display plus a working Energie #thermodynamic solar system.
We also have a small area for the kids to play and a dvd player to keep them amused, whilst you amble through our showroom.
Installations
The vast majority of our work is with the domestic user.
We are more than happy to help with any aspect of your purchase and can show you working systems in our large showroom and carry out surveys.
Kerry Biofuels to install your system, we do it. We do not sub contract any aspect of the installation and so take on the responsibility for both the equipment supplied and the workmanship. If there problems with either, we deal with them ourselves rather than referring you to other suppliers or installers.
We are fully trained by all our suppliers and have parts for everything we fit.
To date, Kerry Biofuels have installed over 1500 biomass and solar systems, ranging from the humble room heating pellet stove up to the more elaborate combination wood pellet and solar thermal heating systems with buffer tanks.
