You can return any unused / unwanted items to Kerry Biofuels within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Please note items must be returned to Kerry Biofuels within this timeframe and be must in a saleable condition. This means that the item must be unused, in its original packaging and with any product literature still included.
Once we have received the returned item(s) we will consider the condition of the goods being returned, before authorising refunds.
Refunds, where necessary will be issued within 24hours of receiving the items(s) to Kerry Biofuels. Monies will be refunded to the same credit / debit which was used to purchase the goods and will be LESS the initial cost of delivery.
If your order has arrived damaged, Kerry Biofuels must be notified within 2 days of receipt of your order . Please send photos of the damaged goods to hello@kerrybiofuels.ie.
Once any photos have been received and the damage has been confirmed, Kerry Biofuels will re-issue new items to you.
